How can a user delete the account?

User can delete his CandyCare user account using "Delete Account" available on account screen.

How will I get Reward points?

For every $ user redeems the gift cards,  10 reward points will be added to the account.

How do I reset/change my password?

You can use Reset Password option available on the 'Account' screen.

How do I reset my QR code?

You can select QR Code icon on 'Account' Screen and then select 'Reset QR code'.

How can I buy virtual candies?

On the 'Shop' screen, select any of the given default amounts or select "custom amount" to enter a custom amount. Review Order Details and select 'Checkout'. Enter your credit card details and select 'Pay' to purchase the virtual candies.

How can I send virtual candies?

On the 'Send & Receive' screen, select 'Scan to send' tab. Scan the QR code or 'Add from Photos' to send the virtual candies to CandyCare user. Enter the number of candies you want to send and then select 'Send' to send the virtual candies to the selected user. Once, the candies are credited to the receiver , a successful toast message will appear on Sender and receiver CandyCare App screens.

How can I share my CandyCare QR code to receive virtual candies?

On the 'Send & Receive' screen, select 'QR code to receive' tab. Select 'Print' to print the QR code. Select 'Share' to share the QR code via Messages/WhatsApp etc.

How can I redeem gift cards for my virtual candies?

On 'Redeem' Screen, enter the number of virtual candies you want to redeem. 

Select the 'Gift Card' you want and select 'Redeem' to redeem the gift card.

How can I check my transaction history?

On 'Account' screen, select 'Transactions'. You can select Bought / Sent / Received tabs to check your transactions.

How can I check my redeemed Gift cards?

On 'Account' screen, select 'Gift Cards'. You can see all the Gift cards you have redeemed so far.
